Headquartered in Beaucouze, France, PACK’R has sales and services operations across the U.S, with his subsidiary PACK’R North America located in Suwanee, GA.

 

Position overview

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

› Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
› Generating sales activities throughout the U.S. and its territories, Canada, and Mexico
› Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
› Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs (phone, email and in person)
› Identify and negotiates contract terms (time, price, quality, etc.)
› Reporting to Operations Manager with a report on sales activity and sales progress, and attend weekly sales/management meetings with the Sales Team
› Following up with customers after the project is completed to get valuable feedback about PACK’R project success and to seek out future opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

› 5+ years of successful experience selling capital
equipment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
› Proven experience in successfully developing and managing new accounts
 

REQUIRED SKILLS

› Technical aptitude to understand company product
› Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
› Packaging or manufacturing experience a strong plus
› Good organizational skills including time management and how to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
› Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (second language would be an asset – French – Spanish)
› High energy with a hunger for closing sales
