PR DEPAL-D
Automatic Drum Depalletizer

Compact and fully automatic depalletizer designed to efficiently handle drums and integrate seamlessly with PACK’R automatic filling equipment.

Description:

The PR DEPAL-D is an automatic depalletizing system developed for drums ranging from 30 to 55 gallons. Equipped with a high-performance 3-axis Cartesian robot, it ensures precise and reliable depalletizing at speeds of up to 120 containers per hour, depending on the pallet configuration.

The system includes an infeed station for pallets of empty drums and a magazine for empty pallet storage, providing up to 10-pallet autonomy for continuous operation.
Its energy-free grippers securely hold each drum, ensuring no risk of dropping even in the event of an electrical or pneumatic power failure.

All depalletizing patterns are stored in the PLC as format files for fast, automatic changeover. For added flexibility, the PR DEPAL can be equipped with an interlayer removal system and motorized conveyors to adapt to any production layout.

The working area is fully protected by safety guards and optical barriers, ensuring safe operation for the user.
A touchscreen HMI and intuitive operator panel allow for easy control, monitoring, and adjustments.
