Description

The PR PAL D is an automatic palletizing system developed for drums ranging from 30 to 220 liters.
Equipped with a 3-axis Cartesian robot, it ensures precise and reliable stacking operations at speeds of up to 120 containers per hour, depending on the pallet configuration.
The system includes an outfeed station for filled pallets and a magazine for empty pallets, providing up to 10-pallet autonomy for continuous production.
Its energy-free grippers guarantee that containers remain securely held at all times, even in the event of an electrical or pneumatic power failure.
All palletizing patterns are stored in the PLC as format files, enabling quick changeovers and efficient operation.
The PR PAL D can also be equipped with an interlayer placement system and additional motorized conveyors to adapt to any layout or production need.
The working area is protected by safety guards and optical barriers, ensuring maximum operator safety.
A touchscreen HMI and ergonomic operator panel allow easy monitoring, control, and format adjustments.
