Compact and fully automatic depalletizer designed to efficiently feed empty jerrycans into PACK’R filling lines with precision and safety.

Description:

The PR DEPAL S is an automatic depalletizing machines for Jerrycan. Thanks to a cartesian robot we are able to work at speeds up to 1,200 CPH.

Our pallet store gives us 10 pallet autonomy.

The PR DEPAL-S can be equipped with a system to remove interlayers between pallet layers.

The PR DEPAL-S can be fitted with conveyors to suit any configuration. Grippers are designed to maintain the container without energy (a container cannot fall in case the electrical or pneumatical energy shutdown).

An optical safety barrier stops all movements in case of intrusion of an operator in the palletizing area.  An operator panel with push buttons and an industrial touch-screen to drive the machine.
