Description:
The PR PAL S is an automatic palletizing machine for jerrycans and carton boxes.
Thanks to a 3-axis Cartesian robot, it can achieve speeds of up to 1,200 containers per hour depending on the palletizing configuration.
The integrated pallet magazine provides an autonomy of up to 10 pallets, ensuring continuous operation.
The PR PAL S can also be equipped with an interlayer management system to place separator sheets between layers, as well as motorized conveyors for customized line layouts.
Grippers are designed to securely hold containers without energy, ensuring that no product can fall even in the event of an electrical or pneumatic power loss.
An optical safety barrier immediately stops all movements if an operator enters the palletizing zone.
A user-friendly operator panel with push buttons and an industrial touchscreen HMI provides easy control and monitoring of all machine functions.
