The FLEXEO-B is a semi-automatic filling machine designed for accurate dosing of liquid, viscous or pasty products into containers ranging from 3.5 fl. oz. to 8 gallons. Ideal for medium-speed production lines, it delivers up to 500 filling containers per hour. Its integrated dynamic weighing system ensures high precision and minimizes product waste.

Constructed from stainless steel or corrosion-resistant plastic materials, the FLEXEO-B is built for easy cleaning and quick format changes—no tools required. It is a perfect fit for production in industries such as chemicals, food processing, paints, and coatings.

This versatile pail filler can be customized with a range of options, including automatic lid pressing system, nitrogen injection, vapor extraction, integration with motorized conveyors, or labeling systems. It is also available in ExProof version for use in potentially explosive environments.
