Semi-Automatic Tote Filling Machine

The FLEXEO-P with motorized conveyors brings more autonomy to the production by allowing more pallet to be accumulated at the infeed and/or the outfeed of the conveyor. Linked with manual debunging tool/bunging tool at the infeed and outfeed of the filler, the FLEXEO-P with motorized conveyor can increased productivity with filling up to 40 drums per hour. The FLEXEO-P with motorized conveyor is compatible with Explosion Proof requirements. The motorized conveyor allows to link the FLEXEO-P with other line elements such as labelers, palletizers, stretch wrapper. 

With its transportation base, the FLEXEO-P can be moved with a fork-truck on several dedicated filling stations. The FLEXEO-P with transport base can fill a pallet of containers from 5 gallons up to 330 gallons IBC totes. Particularly adequate for packaging small to medium batches out of several tanks, the FLEXEO-P can also be used small workshop thanks to its compacity. Most FLEXEO-P options are compatible with the transport base.
