Description:
The launching table is part of our line equipment and meant to be installed at the beginning of a filling line. This machine load automatically empty containers onto a motorized conveyor. Available in two sizes, it handles containers from 1 quart to 4 gallons.
The operator manually adjusts the guides directly with the container in place, requiring no additional tools. Subsequently, they load the packages into columns following the guides until the table is completely filled. The operator then aligns the number of suction cups required for the columns. The machine proceeds to advance the empty packages row by row, gripping them with this set of suction cups and releasing them onto the conveyor belt in motion. Loading the table during operation is possible.
The system is equipped with all necessary safety sensors and features an accumulation management system at the conveyor exit.
