Automatic Lid Press Machine

High-performance automatic lid press designed for reliable and precise closing of pails under controlled pressure. 

Description:

The lid press is an integral part of our production line equipment and is typically installed after a semi-automatic filling machine.  

The operator completes the filling cycle, places the lid, and then ejects the container onto the motorized conveyor, which transports it to the entrance of the lid press. The machine then feeds the container using a sequencing fixture, and the pressing piston descends to press the lid onto the container. Once the cycle is complete, the container exits the machine to allow the next one to enter. The machine can be equipped with a human-machine interface (HMI) to adjust the pressure applied to the lid, and can also be installed in a closed cabin with vapor extraction (ATEX). Additionally, a lid depalletizer with automatic placement can be added to enable a fully automatic closing cycle 

The system is equipped with all necessary openings and safety sensors and features an accumulation management system at the conveyor exit.
