We strive to ensure that every recruit meets the requisite level of technical experience for the desired position, and that the candidate shares our company philosophy. Our procedure consists of the following three steps:
- An interview with Operating Manager to review your career experience and technical skills, and to introduce our company and its guiding principles. The Operating Manager will present the details of the position, discuss your interest, and review your technical skills for that position.
- A technical proficiency exam is administered to each candidate.
- Second interview with the appropriate manager(s) to present the details of the position, discuss your interest, and review your technical skills for that position.
PACK’R is dedicated to helping every employee learn and thrive within the company. After you’re hired, you meet regularly with your manager, quarterly with our CEO, and annually with your manager. During your annual review, you and your manager discuss your career path, your development, and potential training to advance your professional growth.
